Your privacy is important to AREIA Synthetics, Inc. (“AREIA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you interact with our websites, AI systems, synthetic human interfaces, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the Services.

A. Information You Provide Directly

• Text or voice interactions with AREIA-powered digital systems
• Contact information (e.g., name, email, phone)
• Account information for subscribed or enterprise users
• Preferences, saved searches, or settings
• Content or files you upload or submit for processing
• Support requests, surveys, or business communications

B. Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: interaction history, timestamps, click behavior, response patterns
• Device data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers
• Diagnostic data: performance logs, error reports, latency metrics
• Cookies and tracking technologies (see Section 8)
• Aggregated analytics: non-identifiable patterns used to improve system quality

AREIA does not automatically collect MLS or restricted licensed data.

C. Information from Partners and Integrations

AREIA may be deployed within existing real estate platforms, websites, CRMs, IDX/VOW systems, and MLS-connected vendor products. In these cases:

AREIA does not receive or maintain copies of:

• MLS listing databases
• IDX or VOW feed data
• Sold, pending, or historical listing data
• Tax assessor or property records obtained under MLS license
• Any restricted dataset governed by MLS or vendor agreements

2. AREIA accesses approved MLS-backed information only through secure, authorized vendor systems. It operates inside MLS-approved vendor environments (such as RELIANCEai) without retaining or training on the underlying data.

3. AREIA uses only non-restricted data for system improvement. No global model is trained on MLS or restricted content.

4. Enterprises may optionally share non-restricted data (such as anonymized analytics), but MLS data always remains with the vendor or brokerage.

• Provide, operate, and enhance AREIA’s AI and synthetic human experiences
• Deliver responses, recommendations, and contextual guidance
• Support enterprise deployments and integrations
• Communicate updates, support needs, and administrative matters
• Improve safety, accuracy, and reliability
• Protect against misuse, fraud, or security threats
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.
We do not train global AI models on MLS or restricted data.

3. How Information Is Shared

A. With Service Providers

We may share information with trusted vendors supporting:

• Cloud hosting
• Infrastructure deployment
• Security and monitoring
• Analytics
• Customer support

All providers follow strict confidentiality and use limitations.

B. With Enterprise Partners

If you use AREIA through a brokerage, franchise, CRM, website, or MLS-connected vendor:

• Your interactions may be shared with that enterprise
• AREIA does not receive or store MLS data
• Only non-restricted metadata may be shared for support or optimization

C. Legal Requirements & Safety

• Compliance with laws or lawful requests
• Protection of rights, property, and safety
• Fraud or abuse prevention

D. Business Transactions

Information may be disclosed under confidentiality during mergers, acquisitions, financing, or restructuring.

4. How We Protect Your Information

• Encryption in transit and at rest

• Role-based data restrictions

• SOC2-aligned security framework

No system is perfectly secure, but we implement strong protection standards.
